We process information you give the club for membership, registration, administration, welfare and safeguarding. We may also keep limited technical logs needed for security and fault finding.

Why we process information

We use information to deliver club membership and activities, meet legal and safeguarding duties, and manage the club’s legitimate administrative and security needs.

How long we keep it

• Membership and registration information, normally up to two years after the last active season.
• Safeguarding records, according to FA guidance and legal requirements.
• Short technical logs, only as long as reasonably needed for security and diagnostics.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, restrict or erase personal information where the law allows. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Push notifications

If you choose to turn on PWFC notifications, your browser or installed PWFC app creates a push subscription so we can send club alerts to that device. The subscription contains a technical endpoint and encryption keys. It does not give PWFC your phone number or access to other notifications on your device.

You can turn PWFC notifications on or off here at any time. Turning them off removes the active push subscription for this browser or installed app.

Use this website lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt the service, access protected areas without permission, or misuse club information. Fixture information can change, so check the official league source before travelling.

We aim to make the site usable with a keyboard, screen reader and mobile device. Pages use clear headings, visible focus states, text alternatives for meaningful images and responsive layouts.
